On the 30th of May, 2022, David Duffy trading as A1 Auto Electronics, 59 Delmere, Enfield, Co. Meath appeared before Judge Anthony Halpin in Dublin District Court and pleaded guilty to a breach of the Private Security Services Act.
On the 13th of May, 2022, AMP Electrical and Security Systems Limited, 43 Foxlodge Manor, Ratoath, County Meath, was found guilty at Navan District Court of three breaches of the Private Security Services Act, with two further breaches taken into consideration.

Persons who fled Ukraine on or after February 24th 2022 are now entitled to Temporary Protection within the State. On receipt of their Temporary Protection letter any such persons may apply for a PSA licence.
