On the 13th of May, 2022, AMP Electrical and Security Systems Limited, 43 Foxlodge Manor, Ratoath, County Meath, was found guilty at Navan District Court of three breaches of the Private Security Services Act, with two further breaches taken into consideration.
The prosecution by the Private Security Authority (PSA) followed the above named company’s provision of security services (Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm) without holding the required PSA licence.
Judge O’Leary fined the company €500 on each of the three counts with costs of €3,500 awarded against the company.
