PSA prosecutes individual for providing security services (Installer of Security Equipment CCTV) without holding the required PSA licence

On the 11th of October, 2022, Daniel Kavanagh t/a Clearview AV, 208 Ard Easmuinn, Dundalk, Co. Louth, was found guilty at Dundalk District Court of one breach of the Private Security Services Act. The prosecution by the Private Security Authority (PSA) followed the above named company’s provision of security services (Installer of Security Equipment CCTV) without holding the required PSA licence.
