Information for Licence Applicants from Ukraine

Persons who fled Ukraine on or after February 24th 2022 are now entitled to Temporary Protection within the State. On receipt of their Temporary Protection letter any such persons may apply for a PSA licence.

Minister McEntee announces new Private Security Authority Board

Minister for Justice, Helen McEntee T.D., has appointed a Chairperson and ten ordinary members to the Board of the Private Security Authority (PSA). The new Board members are formed in accordance with the Private Securities Services Act, 2004 and include four members who have been appointed following completion of a Public Appointment Service recruitment competition.
