On the 28th February 2022, Discessio Consulting Limited t/a Trinity Asset Management Services Unit 9a, Plato Business Park , Damastown, Mulhuddard , Co. Dublin was found guilty at Dublin District Court, Four Courts, Inns Quay, Dublin 7 of one breach of the Private Security Services Act.
The prosecution by the Private Security Authority followed the above named company’s engagement of an unlicensed independent contractor to provide a security service at Falsk, Strokestown, Co. Roscommon in December 2018. Judge Anthony Halpin applied the Probation Act and requested the defendant to pay the sum of €500.00 to the charity, The Little Flower Penny Dinners, Dublin.
This is the second prosecution arising out of breaches of the Private Security Services Act in Strokestown, Co. Roscommon in December 2018. Details of the other prosecution are available here.
