PSA prosecutes individual for providing security services (Installation and Maintenance of Intruder Alarm) without holding the required PSA licence
On the 3rd of October, 2022, Barry Behan t/a Homewatch Security, 19 Preston Brook, Rathangan, Co. Kildare, was found guilty at Naas District Court of one breach of the Private Security Services Act, with three further breaches taken into consideration.
