Data Protection
The Private Security Authority (PSA) is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of all individuals in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, 2016/679 (GDPR) as given further effect in Part 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018.
The PSA’s Data Protection Policy sets out how the PSA secures and manages personal data in accordance with the Principles of GDPR. The General Data Protection Regulations provides the public with a right to receive a copy of information the PSA holds about you. You can apply in writing, or for your convenience, you can complete a Subject Access Request (SAR) form. You will also need to provide proof of your identity. Your request will be processed within 30 calendar days upon receipt of a fully completed form and proof of identity. Click here for a copy of the SAR form.
