List of exemptions issued under the Private Security (Exemption) Order 2007 which are in operation at the 8th February 2013
These exemptions are issued to Contractors in order to obtain compliance with the standards which are required for licensing.
Contractors have been provided with an Exemption Letter which contains an expiry date and this letter should be requested from the contractor where a licensable activity is being undertaken.
The expiry date and sector(s) for which the exemption has issued should be checked on the Exemption Letter before engaging a contractor.
