List of exemptions issued under the Private Security (Exemption) Order 2007 which are in operation at the 30th June 2012
These exemptions are issued to Contractors in order to obtain Standard EN50131 which is required for licensing.
Contractors have been provided with an Exemption Letter which contains an expiry date and this letter should be requested from the contractor where a licensable activity is being undertaken.
