Once you have registered on-line you will receive your personalised application pack by post within 5 days. Sign this application form back and front and return it to the PSA within 21 days from date of payment along with a colour passport photograph and your training certificate(s), if it is 6 months since your training course, you must provide the QQI Certificate.

The application form should be returned to the PSA with the following documents:

  • A copy of your Birth Certificate, passport or Driving Licence

Completed application forms, along with any other documents from the list above should be sent to the PSA in the pre-addressed envelope contained in the application pack or to: The Private Security Authority, Individual Licensing Division, Davis St, Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary, E34 PY91.
